For many high-functioning people, it looks like continuing on—while quietly carrying more than anyone realizes.
A grief intensive offers something different: a private, uninterrupted space, where you don’t have to keep it together and the parts of you that have been holding everything can finally exhale.
What to Expect
Expect hands-on fun, supportive staff, and a mix of structured activities and open play. This is a space where campers can move, make, imagine, and grow.

Sample Schedule

Campers ease into the day with light games, creative prompts, and a welcome circle to set the tone.

Guided outdoor activities and free play to stretch, move, and soak up some fresh air.

Campers will be responsible for brining their own lunch, but we'll provide water and some additional snacks daily.

Hands-on time to explore the daily theme—whether it’s art, building, storytelling, or movement.

We'll end the day with a closing circle before campers head home for the evening.
Where to Find Us
Shuttle transportation is available to and from camp. Participants can be picked up near the York Street Subway Station on the F subway line. Subway access to the F, G, A, C, 2, 3 and B67.
