I am licensed in North Carolina and Washington, DC, and provide all virtual sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy. Due to state regulations, I can only see clients who are physically located in NC or DC at the time of their session.

I operate as a private pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, I am able to provide superbills after each session that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
It will be important for you to determine your out-of network coverage for psychotherapy.

Individual therapy:
50-minute session: $180
60-minute session: $200
90-minute session: $300
1/2-day intensive: $750
Sessions are typically 60 minutes ($200), allowing ample time for thoughtful and unhurried work. For clients who prefer a traditional therapy hour, 50-minute sessions are also available ($180).
Therapy is both a personal and financial investment. I’m happy to talk about frequency, budgeting, and what feels sustainable for you.

Yes. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on availability and need. If cost feels like a barrier, please reach out. We can explore options together or discuss trusted lower-fee referrals if needed.

All new individual therapy clients begin with a free 15-minute intro call. During this call, we’ll discuss your needs, and you can ask any questions to make sure working together feels like a good fit.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, allowing ample time for thoughtful and unhurried work. For clients who prefer a traditional therapy hour, 50-minute sessions are also available.
For clients who are interested in a highly personalized, one-on-one experience designed around you, therapy intensives being at 3 hours long and allow for a level of depth and continuity that’s difficult to access in weekly sessions. Lear more here.
Group sessions and workshops typically run for 75-90 minutes.

Yes. In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services. You will receive this before your first session once we move forward after the intro call.
