Fall 2026 Virtual Grief “Book Club” Support Group

Mondays, beginning October 19th, for six weeks on Zoom

Choose the time that works best for you:

1:30–2:45 PM EST or 4:30-5:45pm

A grief support experience for adults seeking community, reflection, and meaningful conversation. This is your invitation for a 6-week virtual guided experience for adults navigating grief and loss due to death, grounded in the compassionate and honest approach of Megan Devine’s book: It's OK That You're Not OK. Participants receive a complimentary copy of the book prior to the first meeting.

Investment: $350

Explore your grief through reading, reflection, and meaningful conversation. Led by a licensed clinical social worker and grief specialist, participants will engage with a thoughtfully selected book, guided exercises, and facilitated discussions designed to deepen understanding of the grief experience and foster connection with others.

Your registration includes:

  • Six weekly 75-minute facilitated group sessions

  • A professionally-selected grief book, “It’s OK That You’re Not OK”

  • Guided reflection and expressive writing exercises

  • Facilitated conversations exploring grief, meaning-making, and healing

  • A small, thoughtfully curated group experience (maximum 8 participants)

  • Education and resources from a licensed grief specialist

Enrollment Process

  1. Complete a brief interest form here

  2. Schedule a 15-minute consultation call

  3. Receive confirmation and registration details

Applications are reviewed to ensure the group is a good fit for each participant and to create a supportive, cohesive experience for everyone.

I strive to make this experience accessible and do not want finances to be the reason someone cannot participate. When enrollment allows, I will reserve one reduced-fee space per cohort for individuals with financial need. Please reach out through the interest form if this would be helpful.
