A grief support experience for adults seeking community, reflection, and meaningful conversation. This is your invitation for a 6-week virtual guided experience for adults navigating grief and loss due to death, grounded in the compassionate and honest approach of Megan Devine’s book: It's OK That You're Not OK. Participants receive a complimentary copy of the book prior to the first meeting.
Investment: $350
Explore your grief through reading, reflection, and meaningful conversation. Led by a licensed clinical social worker and grief specialist, participants will engage with a thoughtfully selected book, guided exercises, and facilitated discussions designed to deepen understanding of the grief experience and foster connection with others.
Your registration includes:
Six weekly 75-minute facilitated group sessions
A professionally-selected grief book, “It’s OK That You’re Not OK”
Guided reflection and expressive writing exercises
Facilitated conversations exploring grief, meaning-making, and healing
A small, thoughtfully curated group experience (maximum 8 participants)
Education and resources from a licensed grief specialist

Applications are reviewed to ensure the group is a good fit for each participant and to create a supportive, cohesive experience for everyone.
I strive to make this experience accessible and do not want finances to be the reason someone cannot participate. When enrollment allows, I will reserve one reduced-fee space per cohort for individuals with financial need. Please reach out through the interest form if this would be helpful.
