Grief Therapy, Support, & Intensives
I am a Certified Grief Educator (taught by David Kessler) and have completed specialized training in Prolonged Grief Disorder (Columbia University) and Meaning-Centered Group Psychotherapy (Memorial Sloan Kettering), as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes ($200), allowing ample time for thoughtful and unhurried work. For clients who prefer a traditional therapy hour, 50-minute sessions are also available ($180).

An immersive experience that allows us to move beyond insight and into meaningful emotional processing.
Intensives are a premium, private-pay service designed for depth and accelerated healing. The investment reflects not only the extended session time, but the preparation, clinical expertise, and integration support that make this work meaningful and effective.
